I just tried installing it on Atom Beta. Search is not working. I always get 'no matches found'.

atom-fuzzy-grep is version 0.13.0
Atom is v1.8.0-beta1

Any tests I could do to find out why its not working?

It should default to git grep which feels slow to me. ((handwavy motion)) Slow enough that as a new user I thought it was returning zero results, even though it was working after all...

Going with ack made things a wee bit better for me.
