find a workaround for the documentation

We have a problem registering a service account in the reathedocs context as per readthedocs/readthedocs.org#7901. We are waitong for their feedback and we will hopefully get a green light from them eventually.

While they ddecided what to do with the latest option from humitos we should find a solution to still get a usable documentation.

• drop the github page (it was a bad idea from the start)
• execute all the documentation notebooks from local for now
• stop stripping the outputs in the pre-commits
• update the parameters from myst-nb to avoid reexecuting them

If RDT moves forward with their proposal we will need to:

• reactivate the force build of the example notebooks
• reactivate the nbstripout lib
• reactivate jupyter-execute scripts in all the API documentation
