Version 0.5b

This is the version of the UI on the 20180903 images

Many bug fixes and many new features.

What doesn't work quite how we like:
Time/chrony – boot time is far too long – need to look at systemd-timesyncd again
Inability to do a browser refresh (build of php-rune is suspect)
Asynchronous UI messages all fail (again php-rune is suspect)

What has been added is in the changelog.txt file in the root directory
