Now that the site is built using the design-system-code repo we have no use for the original repository. To go through and save a copy of the files as needed, and transfer important issues, then delete the old repository.

Repo just needs to be archived when Linting card gctools-outilsgc/aurora-design-system#189 is completed.

Repo archived and relevant issues transferred to code repo.
