Improve Find In Content screen

• Add a toggle button to control de-duplication when there are multiple hits per file
• If de-duplicating, show the number of hits per file in the top pane.
• Add a file name filter text field to take QuickFilter syntax to match on the filename.
• Add a type filter to limit results to one/more types (like in the exp tree)
