A place to collect ideas that maybe don't need a whole issue yet.

Things we look at as part of a release:

• How much there is currently targeting that branch and if it is close to getting in:

  • For example, for gz-sim7:
    • All PRs: is:pr is:open base:gz-sim7 draft:false
    • PRs approved: is:pr is:open base:gz-sim7 review:approved
    • PRs with some review on them (but still in progress): is:pr is:open base:gz-sim7 review:changes_requested

• Comparing changes from the most recent tag. This is the view I use:
