The new process workflow will make it much easier for people in the broader community to help with issue triage. We want to make sure they get swag for their effort.

Is it possible to see activity such as labeling, follow-up comments, etc. in an overview? I know it's theoretically possible, because GitHub shows a timeline on each issue. However, we'd need to be able to pull this through the API to automate the swag claim process.

This will tie into gatsbyjs/store.gatsbyjs.org#116, because only existing org members can label things.
