Should I be able to host a market under a subdirectory like /markets/alpha/? If I do this I noticed a bug in getBaseURL that expects only one level of directories. https://github.com/garden20/garden-market/blob/master/lib/utils.js#L150

Is this by design or something better supported by couchdb rewrites? Or should we fix? Should we define a setting that specifies the base URL or just patch utils.js to be smarter?
