Package CI failures in the PackageDistro caused by recent merges to GAP master

We merged two relevant PRs yesterday:

• PR Speed up AsList, AsSet and ElementsStabChain for permutation groups, by not sorting the list returned by ElementsStabChain (in accordance with its documentation which never promised this) #5216
  • changed the order of AsList(permgrp) and is most likely responsible for most if not all the diffs
• PR Improvement to permrep of fp group #5229
  • also was merged and may also change some outputs

As a result, the following seven packages started to fail their test suites (for details see this report):

• digraphs - fix requires changing AsList to AsSet, submitted at Change CayleyDigraph to use AsSet digraphs/Digraphs#564,
• hap - cause unclear, issue needs to be submitted
• majoranaalgebras - resolved in 1.5.1
• openmath - fixed by changing use(s) of AsList to AsSet in version 11.5.2
• rcwa - fixed by changing use(s) of AsList to AsSet in version 4.7.1
• sonata - fixed by changing use(s) of AsList to AsSet in version 2.9.6
• yangbaxter - reported at Regression against latest GAP master gap-packages/YangBaxter#88, proposed fix at Fix tests with latest GAP gap-packages/YangBaxter#89, fixed in release 0.10.2

If anyone wants to help, please take a look at the three remaining packages without a fix, and either submit issues detailing the problem to the respective issue trackers, or even better, investigate and fix.
