Describe the bug

I have two questions and hope to be answered:

  • Why both X and Y are normalized but Z is not?
  • How to understand the sentence that W is the world unit distance from the camera

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. First use worldToViewportPoint
  2. Then use viewportToWorldPoint
  3. Unable to restore this coordinate
