Motivation
If no etherscan API key is set, Multiabigen (1+ etherscan sources) fails with "missing field abi" however the etherscan response is "{"status":"0","message":"NOTOK","result":"Max rate limit reached, please use API Key for higher rate limit"}"
Solution
Add max rate limit check for better error message
