Records with no date cannot be opened from the advanced review

This is because the date is an anchor which opens the record.

Change so that the entire row becomes clickable. Make the cell that contains 
the action checkbox not clickable however to improve usability.

The applied fix forces a click on any row to go to the record in the last row 
of the table. 

Removal of the date hyperlink makes it impossible to navigate directly to the 
correct record using the advanced review list view.
