Losing group name & description on saving user groups

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Go to Admin -> Manage People -> Edit Groups
2. Create a group and give it a name
3. Add members to the group, then save
4. Go back to Admin -> Manage People -> Edit Groups - Notice that the group 
name and description have not saved, but the members entered into it have.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Should be able to enter both the group name & description, and the members of 
the group at the same time and have the whole lot save together.

Issue 122 appears to be related.
