Setting MaxSize to TGpSharedMemory causes AV #9

Hello,
FSharedMemory := TGpSharedMemory.Create('MySharedMemory1234', 1024, 4096);
if i set the MaxSize parameter (default = 0) it works.

Any ideas ?
