It appears that after a device reboot the timer does not engage until the app is opened. Once opened, the timer works as expected. Will adding run at startup correct this?

Hi any update on this? The app can possible be cloned (w/ app cloner) and startup added. Another alternative might be with a startup or autostart app in the play store. Please let me know if I can help.

It actually needs startup at boot for making timer work. Next version I will add a boot complete receiver. Thanks for your feedback and patient very much.

Currently night mode is always turned off after a reboot. I would like it to remain on constantly, even after a reboot.

I suggest that the boot receiver do something like this. It would not require any new settings:

  • If "Auto mode" is enabled, then enable/disable night mode at boot according to the schedule.

  • If "Auto mode" is not enabled, then restore the previous state at boot. If night mode was enabled prior to reboot, then enable it again after reboot.

Thanks

I also need run at startup, because I use this app to prevent image retention on my LG V20, and if I reboot and forget to start this app, I get image retention. If it started at boot, this app would always prevent image retention.

I also use this to prevent screen image retention on my LG V20. Please add auto start at boot.
