metadata tags aren't being preserved at upload, but they're also not ending in the download #830

#829 does a bit of a better job of populating these fields from our own data, but we've lost everything that was uploaded otherwise

This is now being preserved.

Need to expand the write of the tags that are stored in the db. Unfortunately this stuff gets lost by ffmpeg it looks like.
