Unfortunately options { caseInsensitive=true; } is not supported to allow lexer tokens to be case insensitive (If/if, While/while, etc.)

It was added in ANTLR 4.10: https://github.com/antlr/antlr4/blob/master/doc/options.md#caseinsensitive

Would it be possible to get an update, please?
