Steps to reproduce

  1. Run Safari example
  2. Open the keyboard by tapping the text field in "Add Bookmark" sheet
  3. Drag the sheet down and release your finger from the screen while the keyboard is visible
  4. The sheet starts a ballistic animation to snap to the nearest rest position, but it suddenly slows down

If you holds the sheet until the keyboard is completely disappeared and the release your finger, the animation runs at an expected speed.

RocketSim_Recording_iPhone_13_.iOS_17.5._6.1_2024-07-11_10.53.18.mp4

Expected behavior

The snapping animation should run at its own speed regardless of the presence of the keyboard.
