[DOCS] Rework API Docs and Favicon

The current Fugue API docs have too much information about the philosophy of the project. Instead, we want people to be learning about the project through the README and the Tutorials page. So we'll keep the API docs short and point people to the other resources.

While at it, we should update the favicon instead of using the default ReadTheDocs one.
