If we have a pair and it's Swap volume for both tokens, we could compare that with the corresponding pools token balances. Then we could calculate something like "in the last 7 days, the pool liquidity was utilised x %". I think this number will correlate to the APR that is shown.
Not sure where to show that number. Could be on pair details, pool details and maybe even pair overview.
