When using lists messes up chapters

Hi there, really nice work to get me started. Im really new to markdown and the latex methodology but thought i should give it a go based on you example. The issue is that when i use lists in chapters when i do make chapters seems to be confused. Any thoughts?

Hey, thanks for contacting us. It's been a while since I worked on this project :-). Can you describe the issue in more detail and maybe provide an example? I tried to insert a simple numbered list in one of the chapters and it worked fine.
