Implement a command to plot top n (maybe max 10?) of an aspect (Artist, Album, Song)

first as absolute plays
and then maybe (not sure) also relative to all plays (relative to respective artist/album doesn't make a lot of sense here I think?)

SongEntries already has print_top_from_artist() and stuff
