Hi,

I am recently using tabix to make a index file for my SURVIVOR VCF file.
But it reported a warning:

[W::tbx_parse1] VCF INFO/END=81850399 is smaller than POS at chr1:113287407 This tag will be ignored. Note: only one invalid END tag will be reported.

Does that mean SURVIVOR "END" tag was not correctly understood by tabix?
