OpenTrons Webinar

Funding Info

Issue earmarked for a prospective Opentrons × Friendzymes Webinar. While this presentation isn't a requirement of Opentrons' sponsorship of Friendzymes, it is nonetheless both a courtesy that should be extended and an opportunity to do more with the sponsorship.

Funding Notes

[Lissette Bouza and Madelyn Heart from Opentrons] would love for Friendzymes to give a 1 hour webinar (50 minutes for a presentation/multiple presentations/a panel, 10 minutes for Q&A) on the work we've been doing. They're also going to talk to the OpenTrons engineering team to see if there are ways for Friendzymes to collaborated directly with them on developing/validating some of these protocols.

Ideas

If we don't already have it, I think we should create a Google Sheet that maps out the different OT-2 protocols we hope to implement in our frugal biofoundries, and the state of development for each such
— Isaac Larkin

If possible, could we ask if they could issue participants certificates from their end? Some of the attendees might want to have some kind of proof of attendance.
— Homer

Are we ready to work up a full case study? We can revisit after HARMONY to assess whether we have sufficient material.
— Jeremy
