Hi!

frida-clr's Windows build system currently assumes it's checked out as a submodule of the frida repo, which contains the releng directory with common build system infrastructure.

Frida's code-base is typically checked out like this:

$ git clone git://github.com/frida/frida.git
$ cd frida
$ git submodule init
$ git submodule update
