Steps to reproduce

Go to https://freshworks-nucleus.netlify.app/docs/components/nucleus-banner
Click on any one of the button eg: "Success banner"
The mode-toggle button is hidden behind the banner

Possible solution

we can move the mode-toggle button inside the header
