While working on fixing an Eyecite bug, I noticed that the Third Circuit's citation string is 3rd Cir. even though the BB/IB form is 3d Cir. I know both forms are common, which also got me wondering whether we should allow alternates the way we do in reporters-db. This would allow us to recognize both forms as well as the CA3 form that many courts (and Justice Sotomayor and Thomas) use.

Similarly, while Pa. Super. Ct. is the BB compliant form for the Pennsylvania Superior Court, the court itself uses Pa.Super. without spaces and without Ct.
