Additional 1.0 or post-1.0 UI Tweaks

Description

Capturing the tidbits Nina and Erik discussed, today, during a PR review, to additionally tweek to the Source UI beyond existing documented things.

Things

Source page

• Right-align Submit button
• Make text entry box for composing a reply's text, the same width as the table above it
• Left-align the H2 "Reply" and it's goofy icon
• Center "Delete Source & All Submissions" button
• Kill the "download" icons

Sources page

• Add the word All to the page-header
  • The following page identifies this page as "All Sources," in its breadcrumb; yet this page's H1 does not reflect that. It needs to. No, users are not dumb, but we're jerks making them think when they should be able to pattern-match in auto-pilot to a UI that follows known best practices... .

Get Codename page

• Omit the word "service" in the first sentence of the last paragraph.
  • Because we do not track users of our SecureDrop service
  • SecureDrop is not a service. That is a big deal to non-technical users, in identifying data privacy and destination ownership particulars.

@eloquence I.O.U. artwork for that footer, unless the existing favicon icon I'd previously created, works well, there?

I've split the footer update off into #4662, and checked boxes which are already covered in rev1. We can use this issue to continue to collect tiny updates which we may be able to pull into 1.0.0 or the next release.
