Consider refreshing dnf cache when checking for dom0 updates #37

We check for dom0 updates in https://github.com/freedomofpress/securedrop-workstation/blob/9cb41a836e25112f9b3199d70c38d0971da779fc/launcher/sdw_updater_gui/Updater.py#L127

We should consider invoking :

# when only checking (not installing updates)
sudo qubes-dom0-update --action=check-update --refresh
# or directly update packages
sudo qubes-dom0-update --action=update --refresh
