A few things to put on your to-do list when wrapping this up:

complete readme: at least package requirements for each level
there are still some notes present that should be "deleted once finished" in the advanced notebook
I'm assuming you mean some additional tweaks could correct the memory allocation error in the expert notebook? What are the steps that could help resolve this?
tie up the section at end of the advanced notebook with a bit of summary/final conclusions!

You've got a great narrative going here, and I hope these reminders help you wrap things up!
