Not working

Hello,
Webcam.setDriver(new NativeWebcamDriver());
List webcams = Webcam.getWebcams();
for (Webcam webcam : webcams) {
System.out.println(webcam.getName());
}
System.out.println("here 1");
System.out.println("here 2");
Webcam webcam = Webcam.getWebcams().get(0);

    System.out.println("here 3");
   
    System.out.println("here 4");
    webcam.open();
    System.out.println("here 5");

unfortunately it does not even print out the webcams i have. When not using the driver it works. Really looking forward to an answer.

i included the jars the dll since i am on windows.
