有，为了尽力做到让播放端不卡顿和其他方面的考虑，会有相应的动态调整机制

缓存大小默认是多大？ 在sdk接口中没看到有接口

不会开放出来的，不然更容易出问题

自适应网络时，是先降帧率，还是先降码率？

没有先后顺序，降帧率有降帧率的条件，降码率有降码率的条件
