after installing and using the wtf os found that the camera options menu is grayed out and so can no longer access the menu item to flip the camera for a build that has it installed upside down. Whats the fix here besides having to move the actual camera?

WTFOS should not be changing this behavior. The only possible cause of this issue that would relate to WTFOS would be boot ordering caused by MSP-OSD, and even that seems unlikely.
First - this build has a capable camera and was able to have the camera flipped prior to WTFOS install? Please double check.
Next, do you have MSP-OSD installed on the Vista/AU? If so, try uninstalling it? Does this fix it?
Finally, if you boot your air unit / Vista using the WTFOS bypass (bind button held down during boot), does the option come back?
