Consider an enricher for viewing proficiencies of the party #4888

Use case being - similar to checking passive skills - the ability to see which party members have one of a given list of proficiencies. Eg,

A character who is proficient in Arcana or Religion will know that--

Possible implementation:

A character with [[/skill arcana|religion proficient]] will know that--

which would display as "A character with proficiency in Arcana or Religion will know that--"
