What to include in our blog

I added a blog to the documentation as well, question is what should be the scope of this blog? There is of course already the Fortran-lang blog which contains monthly updates on fpm.

Things that might be worth including in the fpm news section:

• fpm releases containing detailed release notes and maybe screenshots or example usage of new features
• events related to fpm, like the FortranCon and PackagingCon presentation
• new packages entering the fpm registry
• ...
