[Core feature] Add pandera report renderer to the flytekit pandera plugin

Motivation: Why do you think this is important?

Currently, the flytekit pandera plugin provides a basic validation layer for dataframes. However, it only provides rudimentary reporting in the flyte deck when there's a data error, see here.

Goal: What should the final outcome look like, ideally?

The plugin should provide more human-readable reporting through a visually richer Flyte deck.

Describe alternatives you've considered

Users would define their own Flyte deck to surface errors.
