Description

Failure nodes were introduced in Flyte 1.10.7 and flytekit 1.10.3.

We should introduce a note that mentions the minimal version for the backend to https://github.com/flyteorg/flyte/blob/master/docs/user_guide/development_lifecycle/failure_node.md.
