Bug: Execution Barchart does not set filter for unloaded results.

Motivation: Why do you think this is important?

The barchart items are clickable and clicking is supposed to *add the item to the list below (as a filter). This works when selecting items that are already appear in the list below however it does not work when the item has not been loaded.

Goal: What should the final outcome look like, ideally?

Fix the barchart so that clicking any items will add those items to the filter below; this will likely require a different fetch.
