Explain your idea.

It would be easier for some tickets which are older than let's say 5 days to get sent into a channel so it gets "a priority"

Anything else?

In addition to this i would also add then a command /postpone <2d> <reason> which can be ran by staff member only
This would then remove from the checker mentioned above and will not notify staff until the time has ran out.
If the ticket needs more time, if members are not at home etc.
