CPT with block editor

Hello! I have a CPT "press" with "post" permissions and I have a few questions since updating a few inc files, (blockeditor being one).
I have a "press" field group set up, along with custom "press" twig templates for the archive and single post file. That WAS working before I updated the code. Now the field group pulls in nothing. I will attach that.

1. Can a cpt be set up with "post" permissions and still use page modules in a field group?
2. How do I get a CPT to use the block editor like the blog posts?
