Apps don't fully go off screen in specific multi-monitor configurations #133

When using multiple monitors, that are either not aligned, or have different resolutions, apps may not go off screen entirely.

Have 2 or more monitors
Have the tops of the monitors not aligned (like different resolutions and bottom aligned)
Have the bottom one be "main" (this sets the (0,0) value to it, resulting in negative values for the others)
Have top one as active (either by "monitor with cursor" or primary or index)
App toggles off to -height of the screen, not taking into account the X value, which could be negative

Fixed with #138, part of release 2.0.10.
