I created a german (de) translation file.

If you like, you can add this to your code.

We already have German translations, see https://github.com/flyinghead/EmulationStation/blob/master/locale/lang/de_DE/LC_MESSAGES/emulationstation2.po

If you'd like, you can take a look at those and see if there's anything to be corrected/improved.
