Describe the bug

Setting the FCU to minimum brightness makes the whole display blank. IRL, it is possible to still see the digits as long as the FCU is powered in the minimum brightness setting.

Expected behavior

FCU display unit digits should remain visible at minimum brightness as long as it is powered.

Steps to reproduce

Turn the FCU to minimum brightness.
