Describe the bug

When activating RMP backup NAV tuning, all NAV frequencies are set to 0 MHz, resulting in no NAVs being tuned.

Expected behavior

Frequencies should be set to the frequency entered in the RMP

Steps to reproduce

  1. Activate RMP Backup NAV tuning
  2. Set any frequency on ILS for example
  3. Watch the NAV frequency simvar
