Rerendering or going back to previous screen making the FormBuilderTypeAhead's display value gone

I have a preview screen after form, before submit. but when user is clicked to edit the form, the FormBuilderTypeAhead's input is empty even tho the state has the value. Any idea what I am doing wrong?
