fix the DEBUG=2 flag

Behavior

➜  minishell git:(master) ✗ make DEBUG=2 exe
libft.a :
/!\ DEBUG ENABLE /!\
Flag used:
    -Wall
    -Wextra
    -Werror
vector_lib.a :
/!\ DEBUG ENABLE /!\
Flag used:
    -Wall
    -Wextra
    -Werror
minishell_exe :
/!\ DEBUG ENABLE /!\
Flag used:
    -Wall
    -Wextra
    -Werror

Expected

Add -g3 to the flags compilation.

➜  minishell git:(master) ✗ make DEBUG=2 exe
