Does statsd input plugin support aggregating while waiting for flush? I am not seeing the behavior mentioned in #1546 (comment). Each statsd metric is being sent to output as individual metric. If I send 3 gauge inputs, I see 3 individual gauge metrics instead of aggregated one gauge value.
