In IOS 4.1, SSE is detected but it doesnt work because the browser kills the requests every 1 sec.

Thanks, I'll check it, but I'm not sure about how I will test on iOS.

hmm XCode for Mac seems to come with iOS simulators http://developer.apple.com/library/ios/#DOCUMENTATION/Xcode/Conceptual/ios_development_workflow/25-Using_iOS_Simulator/ios_simulator_application.html . If you can vnc to your broken mac you can pull this off. :P

Also, xhr streaming works fine for iOS already.

I failed to install vnc because I couldn't find my mouse cursor. T_T I'll have it repaired soon.

My Mac's OS is Tiger so I can't install Xcode containing iOS simulators. I'll find another way.

After a year, I had the macbook fixed and installed the snow leopard. I don't know the snow leopard can support that but I may be able to test this someday.
