Binary Archive tarball as build input

As mentioned in #214, instead of sh cuda_*.run --tar mxvf extraction, another option is the binary archive format (tarball + JSON manifest) deliverables @ /compute/$product/redist/$component/$os-$arch/$component-$os-$arch-$version-archive.tar.xz

I think if anybody is going to invest time in modifying the extraction they should help with #167
