This require building Wine.

However with Carla, packaged Linux Audio plugins can be used (LV2, DSSI, VST Linux)

I tried using vst with carla but it complains its missing libsecret or something, so i wasn't able to use any vst with the flatpak version of lmms.

Flatpak packaged plugins work with LMMS via Carla.
